Fable is an immersive cafe, gift shop, and learning space where guests can interact with and explore the fantasy and magic of stories they love!
The Underworld is an immersive crafted cocktail lounge; our menu is inspired by gods and goddesses of the afterlife from cultures around the world.
At Fable, there is something for everyone. Guests step into the world of myth and story, of fantasy and imagination–a place where the five senses take visitors on a journey through time and tale. Guests can come in to “sip and shop” through our curated selection of gifts and oddities (all handcrafted, small business-made and ethically-sourced) and enroll in a hands-on workshop.

Tina Parziale (she/her)After years in the theatre and education world, Tina turned her attentions to the root of her passions: storytelling. By connecting with the world of plant medicine and ancestral wisdom, she seeks to promote healing and self-awareness. With a background in literature and writing, Tina brings a classical eye to Fable, incorporating archetypal elements in new and innovative ways.
Tina is a clinical herbalist with a focus on folklore, ancestral Italian folk herbalism and bio-regional herbalism. Her teachers are Lupo Passero of Twin Star, Lisa Fazio of The Root Circle, Marybeth Bonfiglio of Radici Siciliane, and Jade Alicandro of Milk & Honey Herbs. Though she has many, rose, tulsi, rosemary, and violet are her main plant allies. |

Evan Seide (he/him)Evan started dreaming up what would become Fable while he sat in design classes in university. After a journey in the film world, production designing for films and commercials in NYC, he is back to his original dream: to create a space that draws people into the world of imagination and creation, to seamlessly weave learning, sustainable living and community-building.
Evan's favorite teas include genmaicha, most green teas, and lion's mane. |
